By using the PhotoFramed.com site or placing an order through it you agree to the following:
1. Prices are shown in many currencies. We update exchange rates daily.
Due to currency exchange fluctuations the actual price on your credit card
statment may have varied by a small amount.
2. We endeavour to display only available stock but should a selected item be unavailable, you will be advised of this and can wait until our stocks are replenished, select a different item or you may cancel your order.
3. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or cards with Maestro logo.
4. Delivery is free anywhere in the US, United Kingdom and Ireland.
5. We deliver to all European Union countries, UK, Norway and Switzerland.
6. We endeavour to achieve the shortest possible order delivery times by processing orders as soon as they are received and using priority ground shipping but we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver within the stated guideline standard delivery times.
7. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@photosframed.com. We will re-place the item free of charge or give a full re-fund, your choice.
