Defective or wrong order
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, PhotosFramed.com will provide a full refund and pay the return-shipping costs. A return must be made within 21 days of the date the item was shipped.
A problem with my photo
If you like the frame but there is a problem with the photo. We will carefully re-print your photo and send it to you free of charge. You can then re-place the first print.
Sorry, but, if you get a warning that the print quality from your photo will not be very good and you decide to proceed we do not offer a re-print service.
Don't like the frame
If for any reason you wish to return the order you may do so. But please note that unless it is a wrong or defective order you will have to pay the return shipping charges.
What to do
To request a re-fund or re-print simply e-mail returns@photosframed.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will contact you with details of how to return the item. Please retain the original packaging for return.
It takes us approximately five days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
