Print size and quality
When your photo is uploaded we automatically measure the number of pixels (dots) in your photo and recommend print sizes based on the DPI (dots per inch). If your photo has less then 72 dots per inch we will not be able to produce a good print. If you get a warning that your photo will not print well at a selected size simply select a smaller frame or add a mount around the photo.
We recommend that you set your camera to the highest quality setting when taking photos that you might want to print. If scanning an image try to use at least a 150dpi setting and save as the highest quality JEPG file.
